An older woman asked me if i believed in the Rapture. I told her it doesn’t matter if I believe in the Rapture or not (I do).  When God puts it in his mind that it is time for the Rapture (Revelations 3:10) to happen, it will happen regardless of how many People say it will or won’t.

But I know what the Elderly lady was really asking. Do I believe in life after death. Do I believe Jesus is coming again to save us. And the answer is Yes. However, I hope rapture doesn’t happen until all this good work is completed.  People pray for Rapture to happen, for the end of days to come, because they are tired and weary. They are ready to stop overcoming this world and start living the “Second Retirement”.  Not me, I think there are plenty of new idea’s and places to experience. I think there are winnable wars out there. You don’t get Medals in the Army or accolades in Education or Science by not taking on tasks that others are tired of tackling.

God will do what he wills, but I hope the Rapture isn’t until all hope of choice has gone. As long as People can still choose when to do what is Right and Good, and when to do evil, then I hope some still stand up and take on the challenge and fight the good fight.

I’ll wait until I’m dead or can’t make any more choices before I’ll pass away from this world and from this nation.

It’s no coincidence that the last time income was this concentrated was in 1928. I do not mean to suggest that such astonishing consolidations of income at the top directly cause sharp economic declines. The connection is more subtle.

The rich spend a much smaller proportion of their incomes than the rest of us. So when they get a disproportionate share of total income, the economy is robbed of the demand it needs to keep growing and creating jobs.

The american unemployment rate would go from 10% to .05% within a matter of months. All the experience and talent in manufacturing processes that has been lost with over seas manufacturing hubs would be hard to replace causing some large tech companies to go bankrupt in the process.

So on the one hand, WWIII would save the American economy. On the other hand, some large companies would go bankrupt, massive loss of life, and the end of outsourcing as we know it.

Immigrants that want to move and live in America simply have to perform the steps I mentioned in my immigration post. Babies born on American soil with illegal aliens for parents should be American, but the parents must either become citizens or face deportation upon the child turning 18 years old.

We must make it impossible for businesses to employ illegal aliens.

We must start sending the medical bills for any illegal aliens that are treated in our hospitals back to their home country, since it is also the responsibility for that country to protect their own borders. If the home country will not pay them, then the amount is placed as a tarriff on all goods entering American soil from that country.

While this hurts the companies doing business in that country, we have to stop subsidizing the standard of living in those countries.

In order to become an American citizen they need to confess that they are no longer  associated with their home country, take a class on American history and pass, know 6th grade English, show pride in America and show that they think of themselves as American. Then pay into the Social Security, Medicare / Medicaid programs at least X amount of money prior to being able to draw money from those programs, which they can save up and pay at once, or just not be able to receive any benefit assistance until they’ve paid into the system X amount.

Of course there are some American citizens now that should be forced to do the above as well in regards to feeling some Pride in this country. And there are other Americans that give so freely of our good nature when it shouldn’t have been theirs to give.  We have to stop subsidizing and helping other countries; we need to turn all eyes back to our own children.

Dogs get the scraps off the masters table during the best of times. But in the lean and bad times, sometimes it is the dogs that are served up for a meal. Stop feeding the dogs now, and you won’t need to resort to a bad taste in your mouth later.

The U.N. has already divided up the Solar System assigning Planets, Asteroids, and other Assets to countries.  Countries on Earth become static lines with most countries controlling a nuclear deterrent by either actually owning the weapons and delivery system or purchasing the right to use another countries nuclear systems for self defense. Expansion is now only allowed outside the Earth, and with Asteroids and Planets assigned to most industrialized nations it encourages those nations to begin expansion into space for profit or for colonization.

Threats to any space asset assigned by the UN to a country, by another country, would be dealt with by sanctions upon that country’s assets here on Earth, thus removing the reason to threaten another country’s asset.

As countries here on Earth meet certain requirements, they also would be given the rights to expand their territory into space. Large planetary bodies would be divided up into parcels that would be included in the lottery, with each industrialized country receiving equal units.

As more and more territory is discovered in space, that territory would be held for future expansion lotteries.

The UN would have its own Space exploration division that would find new territory.

Countries would mostly outsource resource mining on these territories to large corporations.

Territories that have become large enough to try for their own independence from their assigned country would have to have approval from that country or be able to prove certain human rights have been withheld.

Example: If China was given an Asteroid to consider as its own property. I promise you, they’d have manned flights to that Asteroid within 50 years of receiving ownership if any minerals are found to make it worth while.

He has my vote!

Now for his opposition…

It is said that one of the Democratic Challengers Bryant has spent over $120,000+ dollars on the campaign for Land Commissioner. A position that pays less then $55k a year.  When asked what he’d do, the challenger said he’d further the use of technology in the Commissioner’s office.

“Technology” is a Political buzz word here in Arkansas. Never mind the cost, or if it would actually save money. Great way to get people pumped up to vote for someone. Now I’m all for Technology improvements for high volume work flow processes. I’m just tired of hearing half baked technology solutions that requires another database for state Information Systems employees to support and backup.

So unless you have a few Computer certifications and some job experience in the IT field, stick to comments like “If elected, I’d review my department and look for ways to increase efficiency and save tax payer money”.  Not talk about things they don’t know or worse like when one candidate for the office said he’d make it so you can review parcel information on a online map, when such a service is already available. Please know what you are talking about. I know you are just trying to use Political marketing ratings keywords to boost your votes, but in this digital age it is starting to sound ignorant.

Question: Explain to me why and how someone under the age of 25 received and spent over $100,000 on a simple low level paying political office?

I’m tired of electing people who want to be the next Bill Clinton. I want to elect someone who wants to be a servant of the people in whatever capacity God put him or her in.

The plan worked, and today Ascension Island is covered in trees, almost like a rain forest. Some have even discussed following this same plan on Mars to help make bio domes self sustaining.

One of the principal laws in science is that an object at rest will stay at rest unless acted upon by another object. Another law is that matter will degrade over time, unless acted upon by another object.

So the question I have is this: Would monkey’s de-evolve if left alone in space?
